COVID-19 Policy

 

Our commitment at DSW Structural Consultants Ltd. is to maintain a safe and comfortable workspace during this COVID-19 outbreak. Our commitment is to, where possible, minimize or limit any conditions where infection could occur, by ensuring social distancing recommendations are maintained and using PPE when social distancing is not an option.

As there is a possibility that we may enter your home or business to complete our work, we  will ensure that appropriate safety precautions are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of both our staff and our clients.  Our staff have been provided with sterilization kits and have been trained on their use to ensure their equipment and environment are cleaned and sanitized before each site visit.   During site inspections, all staff are required to use hand sanitizer before entering your home/business and upon leaving and to wear masks and/or gloves where appropriate.

Additionally, our safety protocol includes:

 

  • Our office doors are closed. No authorized personnel can enter without an appointment.
  • Deliveries and pickups are done in a contact free manner.
  • Hand sanitizer and wipes are available at the entrance to our office and for office workers to wipe down their stations.
  • Masks are required and available for anyone entering our office space.
  • Our staff have been provided with sanitizing kits to ensure vehicles and, tools are being regularly sanitized and cleaned.
  • Daily Covid-19 Self Assessment must be completed by all staff  to ensure any new and potentially harmful symptoms are addressed prior to coming to work each day.
  • Any employees who presents with any Covid-19 symptoms must have medical clearance before returning to work.
